Noa Grace Camp is a recent graduate of Furman University. She finished with a Spanish major and a concentration in medical studies. While she currently resides in Greenville, she is originally from Sewanee, TN, where she spent most of her childhood. She has had more than a passing interest in photography from a young age. For years she has been overwhelming her camera with countless photos, insisting that she takes a million because that ensures that she’ll find that perfect one. Over the years she has experimented with different lighting and photography techniques as well as various editing tools.
However, none of the photos in this series have been edited, as she wanted to capture the true and natural beauty of South America and the South of America alike. Many of the photos in this show represent her recent study abroad experience. The program was based in Santiago, Chile, but the group also visited Peru, the Patagonia of Argentina, and the Atacama Desert in the north of Chile. The remaining photos feature sites a bit closer to home, including Sewanee, TN, Hilton Head Beach, and of course, Greenville, SC.
